The modification report of the academic presentation

• The language of our report is not academic enough and need to be more academic and formal,so we should employ more terminology and academic phrases such as:

  “The hypothesis suggests…” “The evidence indicates…””In contrast to…”

• While the content coverage is relatively comprehensive,the logical flow requires strengthening and the structure lacks smooth transitions. I recommend organizing the content in the way that first introduces the problem through observed phenomena,then analyses the symptoms and causes,and finally examines existing solutions,and explores alternative approaches.

• Our citations lack consistency and need proper format. I suggest ensuring that all data claims have explicit references and adhere to the IEEE format guidance.
